Cattie’s Catch Up: Ivelisse vs Angelico (Son Of Havoc as Special Guest Referee) (March, 11th 2015)

Greetings to All and Welcome to a new edition of your weekly Cattie’s Catch Up. So while the struggle continues waiting for a high quality IMPACT episode link to be uploaded, i thought id dedicate this weeks catch up post to the returning promotion Lucha Underground, seeing as it had a fantastic (and historic) second season opener conclude several minutes ago.

So Just in case anyone is new to the promotion, i offer up a glimpse of the intergender wrestling the promotion has offered up time after time, and a preview of just what Lucha Underground looks and feels like, heading back to the debut season. On the March 11th episode, Ivelisse (who some of you may recognize as Sofia Cortez from the early revamping days of NXT or from TNAs GutCheck Competition as well as various One Night Only Pay Per Views) would face (an equally talented) Angelico one on one as made by General Manager Dario Cueto, throwing Ivelisse’s on screen partner Son of Havoc into the mix as the Guest Ref, continuing the dysfunction between the sides. Ivelisse had previously faced Angelico before, even earning a victory over him for that matter in that particular instance, but wasn’t as lucky in the particular rematch. Regardless, whatever tension showcased simmered as the fighting trio went on to become Lucha Undergrounds first Trio Tag Team Champions.
