Recently Promoted Women’s Superstar Turns Heel on Smackdown (August, 23rd 2016)

Tonights Post Summerslam Pay Per View Episode of Smackdown was an interesting one to say the least, not only with the introduction of a Smackdown Women’s Championship, but also a match announcement for the entire division at the upcoming brand exclusive Backlash Pay Per View and a Surprise Double Turn.

On the Night of Nikki Bella’s return to WWE Television since competing at Summerslam, the Returned Competitor was surprisingly attacked by her scheduled opponent Carmella, whose heel demeanor first seen in her early days at NXT returned as she executed this assault. The Princess of Staten Island even returned to the ring after being separated to deliver a Bella Buster to the former Divas Champion, and only decided to be furthermore menacing on the Smackdown Post Show as she attacked Nikki in the midst of a scheduled interview, only heating up the angle ongoing between them. This Move also turned Nikki face, as she had appeared to work as a heel this past Sunday at Summerslam by teaming with Alexa Bliss and Natalya. Keep in Mind Nikki had pinned Carmella, who had teamed with Becky Lynch and Naomi that night, to win that match for her team.

Both Carmella and Nikki will be a part of the Six Pack Challenge featuring also Alexa Bliss, Natalya, Naomi and Becky Lynch that will lead to the crowning of the first Smackdown Women’s Champion. Stay Tuned to the Site for a Full Smackdown Report Soon.
