Welcome All to this weeks edition of Your Monday Post, somewhat late but better than never. This weeks edition focuses on the Night of Champions Pay Per View, renamed this year to Clash of Champions, which will be a RAW Exclusive Pay Per View whilst Smackdown hosts the returning Backlash Pay Per View. As per the rules of this event, every championship is to be defended, only this time rather than the divas title, the earlier introduced Women’s Championship is to be defended by the very person who scored her first championship reign last year at Night of Champions, Charlotte.

Days Clear of believing she had captured the Divas Championship from Nikki Bella only to find she had pinned Brie Bella due to the usual Twin Magic antics from the heel duo, and after discovering this tactic was in motion through the revelation made by an appearing Stephanie McMahon after the match, Charlotte would get a rematch against the Fearless Bella at Night of Champions, not only leading to Nikki heightening her days as champion to the point where it broke AJ Lee’s reign, but a stipulation added by the Boss Lady would ensure that no interference’s or tactics would be allowed, as any kind of assistance to Nikki would lead to the championship being abdicated. Because of this ruling, Nikki’s comrades Alicia Fox and Brie could only stand at ringside and support their fearless defending champion, who eventually lost the match, ending her record breaking reign at 301 days and beginning Charlotte’s Divas Title reign, as the Daughter of the Nature Boy became the second female talent from NXT to capture both the NXT Women’s Title and WWE Divas Title, and the Genetically Superior Competitor would get to share the moment with her own teammates in Becky Lynch and Paige, though this union wouldn’t evidently last per Paige’s secret plotting…
