Midweek is near closing and soon arrives the NXT Crew in Toronto, Canada for the first ever NXT Takeover show in the State. With that being said, its also days away from Mickie James WWE Return as some weeks ago she was announced as the new shocking opposition for WWE NXT Women’s Champion Asuka, and as this thought to be fantasy bookers dream turned reality slowly dawns, let it dawn on you that its been well over ten years since Mickie even first stepped foot in the WWE.

Mickie first appeared for the RAW Brand on the October 10th episode of RAW back in 2005, eleven years ago to be exact, in which she invaded the ring following then Women’s Champion Trish Stratus’s title defense against a wicked and vicious Victoria. She ran down to aid Trish, who had yet to even know the identity of the signed competitor, and the woman who soon became a multi time women’s champion cleared off Victoria, to the shock of Trish and even her comrade, Ashley Massaro. In what would be the beginning of Mickie’s first and major signature feud in the WWE, Mickie introduced herself to the dumbfounded women’s superstars backstage after as the newest signee to the RAW Brand, and additionally, wasn’t afraid to express herself as Trish’s biggest fan, an affection that eventually lead to the two ladies throwing fists at WrestleMania.
