New Smackdown Womens Champion Crowned at Tonights WWE TLC Pay Per View (December, 4th 2016)
Tonight, Smackdown Hosted their last WWE Pay Per View of the Year, as the Blue Brand Played Host to this years Tables, Ladders and Chairs (TLC) Pay Per View. Not Only would the Pay Per View feature the first singles Tables Match for a Womens Title in WWEs History, but it would be the first time that Women would be featured in two separate stipulated singles matches as Carmella and Nikki Bella battled in a No DQ Match and Becky Lynch defended her Smackdown Womens Championship against fellow NXT Alumni Alexa Bliss in a Tables Match, a stipulation added earlier this week after the defending champion was sent through one by the professed “Wicked Witch” of the WWE.
The Match, that would take the pre main event slot of the show, ended with Alexa suddenly putting Lynch through a table via a Powerbomb off the apron, and to the shock of many, would take the Smackdown Womens Title as a result by doing so. The Win for Bliss makes her the second overall Smackdown Womens Champion in History, and the now former champion Becky Lynch stepped away from an interview out of clear frustration post match.

Outside of that Shock Win, Nikki Bella also capitalized over the usage of a fire extinguisher to put out the flame of her heated rival Carmella and give herself another PPV Victory, possibly ascending to future contention status. Congratulations go out to all four women on making History tonight, and additional congratulations to Alexa Bliss on her first WWE Championship Title Victory.
