Fatal Four Way Match for the NXT Womens Championship Set for NXT Takeover San Antonio (January, 12th 2017)

The Numbers Game means Asuka faces her greatest challenge yet at the end of the month, as the undefeated NXT Women’s Champion defends her title in a match she even demanded for herself at NXT Takeover San Antonio on January 28th, against Sanity’s Rabid Nikki Cross and the Villainous Duo Hailing from the Land Down Under, the Self Proclaimed “Dominant Force” in the NXT Women’s Division Peyton Royce and Billie Kay.

Overthrowing established in ring veteran and Multi Time Divas Champion Mickie James at the last Takeover Special, Asuka has since gone out of her way to declare no official challengers in the women’s division for her title, despite the efforts of the vicious Billie Kay and Partner Peyton Royce to overturn the dominant performers belief. While Peyton and Billie have torn at various competitors in the women’s division in order to receive some sort of approval and establishment from Asuka, the NXT Women’s Division has been ominously pursued and eyed on by Nikki Cross, who while having barely any matches in NXT, has established her viciousness and wildness in the time she has been around alongside her rabid comrades of the appropriately titled Sanity group. The Beat-downs to Asuka from not just the Aussies but by Cross left her more frustrated and vulnerable than ever, but ever since demanding to face the three in a courageous effort, she has since had the requested granted, and therefore she will go up against Cross as well as Kay and Royce at San Antonio in a match where she doesn’t even have to be pinned to lose the championship gold, the title that has hit record breaking lengths by surpassing the lengthy reign of the inaugural champ, Paige.

Regardless Asukas Record Breaking Reign and Undefeated Streak is up for dethroning as the said women’s match takes place on Saturday, January 28th Live on the WWE Network at 1am UK Time, with Johnny Gargano and Tommasso Ciampa also defending the NXT Tag Team Championship against the Authors of Pain Rezar and Akam, plus Shinsuke Nakamura defending the NXT Championship against Bobby Roode.
