Womens Money in the Bank Ladder Match Made Official for WWE Money in the Bank (April, 30th 2019)

As of tonight, as confirmed in the near conclusion of this weeks Smackdown episode, the participants from each main roster brand for the Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match are set. The eight woman stipulated spectacle sees Naomi, Natalya, Alexa Bliss and Dana Brooke of Monday Night RAW and Carmella, Mandy Rose, Bayley and Ember Moon of Smackdown Live contend for a future Women’s Championship opportunity in the third ever Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match on Pay Per View.

This Past Mondays RAW saw the first women in the said match be announced as Alexa Bliss used her Moment of Bliss talk show to reveal Natalya and Dana Brooke’s participation in the match, as well as her former nemesis Naomi’s own insertion into the match, weeks after returning to the RAW brand for the first time in years. Simmering the bickering between the other competitors, Bliss would announce herself as RAWs final competitor after, additionally making intentions clear to be a two time Miss Money in the Bank winner, having obtained the briefcase last year and having cashed it in on Nia Jax on the same night to add another RAW Womens Championship reign to her extensive main roster accolades list. The following night on Smackdown Live saw suspense finally end as to who from the stacked blue brand would join in to fill the final four spots, with Bayley first added to the Mix prior to a competitive battle with WWEs Dual Women’s Champion Becky Lynch. A Brief backstage meeting later between Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville lead to Mandy’s placement in the match being confirmed, being selected by Sonya herself as Smackdown GM Shane McMahon would not allow for boths participation. Prior to Smackdowns Main Event, the final two were selected to join in the bout, that being former NXT Women’s Champion Ember Moon who was also involved in last years match and the inaugural Miss Money in the Bank and former Smackdown Women’s Champion Carmella.

WWE Money in the Bank Comes to You LIVE on Sunday, May 19th/Mon May 20th at 1am UK Time. Other Matches include Lacey Evans vs Becky Lynch for the RAW Women’s Championship and Shane McMahon vs the Miz in a Steel Cage Match.
