Alisha Edwards Turns Heel on This Weeks Episode of IMPACT Wrestling (April 6th 2023)
This weeks episode of IMPACT Wrestling served as the fallout from the companies collaborative Pay Per View event with New Japan Pro Wrestling, Multiverse United. On top of there being an in ring debut, as well as a tease for a future Knockouts feud, there was also a heel turn within the division from a long time babyface.
Alisha Edwards emerged towards the end of her husband, Eddie Edwards, latest match with PCO. The twos feud spans back to their time as part of the long disbanded Honor No More stable, with even Alisha trying to make Eddie choose between her and the stable that time. However, her allegiance was affirmed on this weeks episode, as Alisha ran down to ringside and snuck a kendo stick shot to PCO, aiding her husband towards victory. This marks the first time Alisha has been heel in her IMPACT tenure (during her time as a signed Knockout) and the first time she has aligned with Eddie on screen as a heel.
